Interested in developing York’s young athletes? We need YOU to advance our efforts to take York Little League’s player development to the next level. We’re currently looking for several coaches to lead or assist with stations during Session I and Session II of our players’ clinics program.
Coaches Clinics:
- January 11, 4:00 PM at YHS Gym
- March 29 TBD
Featuring guest speakers Mike Morgan and Seth Cole (see bios below), plus additional speakers to be announced. Clinics will cover proper mechanics and fundamentals, practical drills, and best practices—plus opportunities to network with fellow YLL coaches.
Coaches play a pivotal role in shaping the skills, character, and confidence of young athletes, fostering both individual growth and team success. To ensure a rewarding experience for both players and coaches, it is essential that we actively engage in our own continuous improvement and personal development, as well as our players’. We know this is a busy time of year, but anyone interested in coaching in York this season, whether T-ball, baseball, or softball, is strongly encouraged to attend – your involvement can make a meaningful difference in your players’ journeys.
Attendance is free!

About Seth Cole

Seth Cole’s coaching career began when he became Head Baseball Coach at St. Michael’s (VT) College in 2006. After relocating to Maine, Seth became Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Traip Academy where he developed numerous college players. Currently Head Coach of York Middle School’s 7th grade baseball team and an assistant in York Little League’s Majors division for softball, last season Seth led YLL to heights not reached this decade by managing the York 12U All-Star Baseball Team to its first district title since 2019 (ultimately finishing third in the state). In all, Seth is a 3-time YLL champion and 5-time YLL All-Star Manager, in addition to twice leading the York Junior Wildcats to second-round or deeper finishes at the prestigious American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame National Invitational Tournament in Cooperstown, New York.
